CALL FOR TEAM MEMBER & TRAINER FOR COURSE 2026
JOIN US
The VALE Course is an advanced leadership course organised by The VALE Team. It has been a recurring event over the years and in various different configurations with editions in 2018, 2019, 2021, 2023 and 2025. This time, it will be two leadership retreat on-site modules - one in Central Europe and one Norway in early 2026, bringing together 25 participants aged 18-30. In the interim time, our participants will engage in various interim tasks such as group work, assignments, and webinars. To make this a reality once again, we are looking to expand our team – maybe you are the one we are looking for?
BUT FIRST, WHAT'S THE 2026 PROJECT ALL ABOUT?

VALUE-DRIVEN LEADERSHIP
The course aims to empower volunteer leaders across Europe to become more aware, skilled, and value-driven leaders. Exploring the question of what good leadership could and should mean, the course takes the participants on a reflective journey of personal development.

HIGH-QUALITY, NON-FORMAL EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
Our course is built on the power of experiential, non-formal education. Trainers aren’t just delivering sessions — they’re co-creators of a dynamic learning journey. Through simulations, team challenges, real-world reflection, and collaborative group work, we empower participants to live their leadership — not just learn about it.

THEME: IN-PERSON VS. REMOTE LEADERSHIP
In an increasingly digital and decentralised world, leadership isn’t bound by location. This edition of the course explores what it means to lead across distance — whether geographical or virtual. Together, we’ll unpack the realities of motivating teams remotely, cultivating connection in hybrid environments, and building value-driven leadership that transcends borders.
