The VALE Course 2025 - Call will be published in the Autumn
The VALE Course 2025 call will be linked on this page when it is published.
The 2025 course will consist of five equally important phases:

Preparatory phase before the first in-person module

The first in-person module 12-16 FEB 2025.

Experimental phase in between the modules

The second in-person module 24-29 MAR 2025.

Follow-up phase after the second in-person module.
The dates will be confirmed by the time the call is published.

By joining The VALE as a member, you're not just becoming part of an organisation — you're actively supporting and sustaining our mission through an annual membership fee and by joining our activities as a member. Our members are crucial to our ongoing efforts to offer top-tier leadership training and development. Plus, you’ll gain access to a community of like-minded individuals and leaders, all dedicated to fostering a peaceful, inclusive, and sustainable world.
Membership fee is determined at the the General Assembly. The fee for 2024 has been set at 10 EUR or 100 SEK.

What is The VALE Association?
The Value-driven Advanced Leadership (The VALE) Association is an international non-profit specialised in youth leadership education, registered in Sweden since 2023. The VALE supports the creation of aware, skilled and value-driven leaders for a peaceful, inclusive and sustainable world. To this end, The VALE holds residential training courses, arranges thematic seminars and workshops both in-person and online. Since 2021, almost a thousand people have attended our educational activities.
