THE VALE MANIFESTO
The VALE is an international non-profit organisation aiming to empower youth leaders across the globe through courses, workshops, networking, and facilitation of community-driven initiatives and new projects.
Through our programs and impact-building projects, we aim to to empower the next generation of change-makers to become more aware, skilled, and value-driven leaders. Exploring the question of what good leadership could and should mean, our programs take our participants on a reflective journey of personal development, fuelling them to drive change within their organisations and communities.
The VALE sees leadership as more than a role—it's a journey to empower, inspire, and make a difference. Our commitment is to grow a leadership movement connecting and inspiring the leaders of tomorrow.

The VALE Association is a non-profit registered in Sweden since February 2023. It is led by its board of directors, currently consisting of the association's four co-founders.

OUR STORY
In 2019, a group of skilled youth trainers embarked on an exhilarating journey together. They created a leadership educational project and named it The Value-Driven Advanced Leadership Course, known as The VALE. Fuelled by a vision to empower young leaders, The VALE set out to provide cutting-edge leadership training to those craving professional growth but lacking the necessary resources. The first VALE Course took place in the autumn of 2021, and judging by its reception, leaving a transformative mark on its participants. The first project spawned the hopes for a larger dream, and it became clear that this was just the beginning.
The VALE Association was officially established in 2023, co-founded by the people leading the project in 2021. However, The VALE is more than an association; it is a vibrant international community where innovation thrives and young professionals, volunteers, and youth workers create lasting impact on young minds.
Our team possess a wealth of experience and a genuine enthusiasm for youth work and youth leadership. We are driven by a deep desire to make a meaningful impact on the world and create lasting change. Together, we aim to put a significant dent in the universe and inspire others to join us on this remarkable journey.
