THE VALE SYMPOSIUM ON VALUE-DRIVEN YOUTH LEADERSHIP IN OSLO

01

The Why

Leadership never exists in a vacuum: bringing people together to share, learn, and inspire each other makes for communal growth, new innovations, and collaboration across organisations, fields, and country borders.

Interactive Workshop

The Symposium was a dynamic event with a plethora of learning opportunities on value-driven youth leadership. We provided thought-provoking sessions and a chance to share perspectives on leadership issues relevant to anyone in or aspiring for leadership positions looking for more knowledge or perspectives to apply in their personal and professional development.

Diverse Perspectives

The Symposium dove into enlightening discussions, creating the space for strong voices from across the globe on the facets and challenges of youth empowerment and leadership across organisations.

04

The event connected like-minded individuals, partners, and organisations in a inspiring setting. The Symposium brought together leaders and change makers from a variety of organisations, including 25+ youth leaders from 15 countries travelling to Oslo surrounding the Symposium.
