THE COURSE 2023
Upon reviewing the incredible impact and inspiring development of our alumni, The VALE Team is launching a new edition of The VALE Course. In the autumn of 2023, we are bringing participants from all corners of the globe together in Norway to take a deep dive into what it truly means to lead by your own values and explore new cornerstones of being a key player in social impact youth development.
THE SYMPOSIUM 2023
In October 2023, we combine our leadership course with a new edition of The VALE Symposium, connecting Norwegian volunteer youth workers with our international community to foster new ideas and collaborative initiatives. This networking and idea creation event will mark the kick-off of The VALE Course 2023 in Oslo, and set a new mile stone for future symposia around the world.
THE SYMPOSIUM 2022
To continue the ripples of The VALE Course 2021, we brought our alumni together for The VALE Virtual Leadership Symposium in 2022. During this event, participants shared key take-aways and practical leadership learnings from the 2021 Course and how they had brought new skills and life into their local communities and organisations. The symposium was organised by our course alumni in cooperation with The VALE Core Team.
THE COURSE 2021
At The VALE, we believe that young leaders have the potential to create a better world for all. Our leadership development program in 2021 equipped participants with the skills, knowledge, and values they needed to lead with purpose and drive meaningful change. Our alumni have launched projects such as community development programs, education initiatives, and social enterprises that are making a positive impact in their communities.
