Forum
The VALE Forum 2026 takes place from 2nd to 6th December, just outside Hamburg. During five days, we will bring together 50 alumni and other youth leaders from across Europe to work, think, and build together.
The theme is hybrid leadership: what it genuinely takes to lead with purpose when teams connect across screens, time zones, and borders. The Forum is not a conventional training. It is a space where experienced young leaders bring their own questions, learn from one another, and develop answers that travel well beyond the week itself.
The Forum culminates in the public VALE Symposium on 5th December in Hamburg, where Forum participants join a wider audience of youth workers, NGO leaders, and civil society for a shared day of keynotes, workshops, and dialogue.
The application will open in mid-August. The information on this website will be updated gradually.
